    Plastic properties when cut with a laser require an appropriate weight of stoke for the thickness of each letter. Also, if you are designing a sign with 3d letters in mind, please remember that the 3d nature means you should not go too thick or the signage will be hard to read.

The clear under panel will be fitted to the wall using a special architectural fitting. The plastic letters on the surface are welded to the plastic base using a special fluid. This bond is really strong.

On top of the white plastic is a blue self adhesive outdoor grade vinyl sign decal. Buy your signage direct We supply wholesale letters and cut outs to builders, shop fitters and shop design office fitout companies, panel makers, building developers and other trade companies.

Plastic letters can also be coated in a wide variety of colors and finishes. One technique we developed is to overlay a sav color. This looks great and reduces cost.

Another coloring option, is to totally coat the plastic letter with a car automotive paint or have the letter powdercoated with paint. Looks amazing. For this proceedure, you need to allow a little more sign making time.
