  Here the cut out raised letters for a brick wall are being prepared for the chrome plating process. Initial mild steel is used, followed by a bronze coating which smoothes out the metal and provides better plating.
   

  
   

  This example, shows how you can plate a special design such as a facade design or entrance etc. The process has many steps including laser cutting, de-burring and bronze dipping, followed by chrome plating. We are not just restricted to signage although this is our main focus.

  Gluing: Another technique is to use a clear Perspex glue system to attach the letters to. The picture here shows a translucent etching Perspex. This will look great as an office wall sign. The lettes after being cut out to the custom font shape are adhered to the perspex using special glue.

   

  
   

  
   

  The very reflective nature of the metal is used for custom cut out letters and decorative designs. The adhesive backing protection tape is removed exposing the new shiny effect. The metal used here is pre-gloss and cut with a laser machine. Chrome plating is a different process where the metals are cut first, then plated. We employ these two methods for different building situations or criteria of building design and needs. Plated metal boat name example shows a second material being added for more color.
   

  
   

  This one is going to be a really large ship name. The letter will be spot welded around the edges directly onto the hull.
  Then painted using a boat name paint. We supply the letters.
